Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Who can enroll?

Employers with 1 to 2,500 employees can enroll using the pricing tiers above. Organizations with more than 2,500 employees can contact us to discuss a custom arrangement.

Is this benefit only for employees?

No. Eligible family members can also access the program, making this a broader family benefit rather than an employee-only resource.

What do employees receive?

Employees receive access to Social Security Roadmap, Social Security education and resources, and support from a Registered Social Security Analyst®.

Does HR need to handle employee Social Security information?

No. Employees work directly through the program. HR does not need to collect Social Security numbers, review earnings histories, interpret Social Security rules, or see an employee’s personalized analysis.

Do employees have to work with an RSSA®?

No. Employees can explore their Roadmap analysis and educational resources on their own. RSSA® support is available when they want additional help understanding their results or options.

Can employees use the benefit before they are ready to retire?

Yes. Social Security planning can be useful years before someone is ready to file. Employees can review their earnings history, understand what may affect their benefits, explore future claiming options, and return to the program as their plans change.

Are benefit brokers, PEOs, payroll providers, TPAs, and associations eligible?

Yes. Partner organizations may offer the program across the employers, employees, advisors, or member groups they serve.

Partner arrangements may be structured differently from standard employer enrollment.
